Integrating Birdeye with Accelo
Accelo is a client work management platform that provides automation, collaboration and reporting tools for various professional service businesses. It offers a range of features, such as client relationship management, project management, time tracking, billing and invoicing and client communication.
Once Accelo is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye will pull client information from your CRM once daily. Birdeye collects your client's first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using some predefined triggers. Here are the supported triggers for Accelo:

Contact Sync trigger is used to sync all contacts created on a daily basis from CRM to Birdeye. |
CX Score Upsert Trigger |
This trigger is used to upsert the CX score from Birdeye into CRM. |
To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the Birdeye technical support team sets up the initial integration, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
HOW TO FETCH THE COMPANY ID?
1. Log in to the Accelo dashboard using credentials.
2. Navigate to the 'Companies' tab on the left navigation rail.
3. You will be redirected to the Companies page. Click on the 'Configure' tab as shown in the image.
4. Select the 'COLUMNS' tab. Choose 'Company Id' and then click on 'Apply Changes.'
A new column will be added with the Company ID.
HOW TO FETCH THE DEPLOYMENT NAME?
Log in to the Accelo CRM, and the deployment name can be fetched from the URL header, as highlighted in the image below.
