Integrating Birdeye with Dox Light
Dox Light is the web version of Dox Pedo, designed for dental and clinical practice management. It allows paediatricians and orthodontic surgeons to easily manage clinical charting, health records, payment plans, billing, and more. Integrating Birdeye with Dox Light will automate the process of sending review requests to patients on a daily basis.
Once Dox Light is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls patient information from Dox Light once daily for the appointments that were completed on the previous day.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for Dox Light:

To set up the integration with Birdeye, please contact the Birdeye technical support team at 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at support@birdeye.com. The Birdeye technical support team will successfully set up the integration with Dox Light through BE Connector.
What is a BE Connector?
The BE Connector application is a native Windows application for all businesses. The BE Connector application helps integrate the PMS and Birdeye system. This helps you automate the process of sending review requests to your patients after they complete an appointment.
An intuitive wizard drives the installation and setup process. To set up the integration, you first have to download and install the app on the machine that has access to the PMS. Once the integration is complete, the BE Connector will start pulling data from the PMS and sending it to the server for further processing. Review requests are sent according to the configurations and preferences set by the business on BE Connector.
How it works:
- Install the BE Connector on the Dox Light Server.
- Integrate Dox Light with BE Connector.
- BE Connector’s services will start pulling patient data from the integration and automatically send review requests, based on the scheduling configuration defined.
Birdeye collects your patients' first and last names, email addresses, and phone numbers and automatically sends them review requests.
