Integrating Birdeye with MRI PropertyTree
MRI Property Tree is an online platform where you can access your tenancy information and communicate directly with your Property Manager. The Tenant Portal provides real-time access to your information whenever needed, offering flexibility. Property Tree offers solutions for quickly and simply resolving maintenance requests through our inbuilt maintenance workflow or Maintenance Plus, a single sign-on solution that brings together tenants, landlords, tradespeople, and property managers in the maintenance workflow.
The platform aids in communications, maintenance, trust accounting, inspections, and customer satisfaction with its owner and tenant portals. MRI Property Tree delivers streamlined operations and communications through powerful automation and flexible solutions for an evolving market. Integrating MRI PropertyTree with Birdeye will automate the sending of review requests to your customers daily.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here are the supported triggers for MRI Property Tree:

To set up integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
To authorize the MRI Property Tree integration, please follow these steps:
Log in to the MRI Property Tree CRM. Enter your email address in the text bar and click 'Next.'
Provide your password and click 'Sign In.'
After signing in, enter the code from the Google Authenticator application and click 'Verify.'
Once verified, follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Configurations' icon on the MRI Property Tree dashboard.
Click on 'Partner Gateway' under the 'Integrations' section.
Click the 'Activate' button under the 'Birdeye' tab.
A pop-up will appear requesting your agreement to the legal terms and conditions. Check the box to consent and then click 'Accept.'
You will view a toast message confirming 'Success! Birdeye integration activated'.
After that, the MRI Property Tree will be authorized.
To disable or deactivate the MRI Property Tree integration:
Click on the 'Deactivate' button.
Confirm your request in the pop-up by clicking 'Yes.'
After deactivation, you will receive a toast message confirming 'Success! Birdeye integration deactivated.'
The MRI Property Tree will no longer be authorized in the Birdeye dashboard.
HOW TO GET THE MRI PROPERTY TREE ABN NUMBER?
Log in to the MRI Property Tree CRM. Enter your email address in the text bar and click 'Next.'
Provide your password and click 'Sign In.' After signing in, enter the code from the Google Authenticator application and click 'Verify.'
Navigate to the 'Configurations' icon on the MRI Property Tree dashboard. Click on 'Company & Trust Details' under the 'Company Tasks' section.
Click the 'Edit' icon.
You will view the ABN number. Copy it and provide it in the group properties.
