Integrating Birdeye with Neos
Neos' integration with Birdeye allows businesses to:
- Automate customer engagement by sending reviews, surveys, referrals, and custom requests to enhance customer feedback.
- Streamline message management to ensure efficient communication with clients.
Supported Integration Triggers for Neos Integration:
- Case Closed - Activate this trigger to automatically add clients' contact details in Birdeye when a case is marked as closed in Neos.

Navigating to Neos CRM
Log in to the Birdeye dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations > All Apps. Select Neos CRM to connect. The screen provides integration benefits, pricing, and details on compatibility. When you click the 'View Setup Guide' tab, it will redirect you to this article for detailed step-by-step instructions.
HOW TO CONNECT
Step 1: Add Company ID
Click Connect Now > Enter Company ID > Next.
The 'Company ID' is a unique identifier assigned to each Neos customer. It is the same ID used to log in to the Neos portal.
Handy Tip: If you encounter any issues or need further assistance obtaining your ‘Company ID,’ please contact your designated Neos Point of Contact (POC) within your organization. They will provide you with the necessary information.
DeleteStep 2: Map Locations
Start by mapping each location to its corresponding primary staff code. Then, contacts will sync from Neos to the respective Birdeye locations.
To map a location, use the drop-down under the Primary Staff Code column next to the desired Birdeye location, and select the code.
Once mapped, click 'Next' to continue.
Handy Tip: Select the primary staff code to filter data for each location.

Step 3: Select Triggers
Check the box to select your preferred triggers, as shown in the image below. After making your selection, click 'Done.' Once triggers are saved, details will start syncing between Neos and Birdeye.
A toast message will appear on the screen saying, 'Neos successfully connected.' You can now build automated campaigns for reviews, surveys, and referrals or any other custom campaigns by clicking the 'Go to Campaigns' option or skipping it.
