Integrating Birdeye with NextGen Office
NextGen Office is a cloud-based medical practice management software specifically designed to streamline administrative tasks and enhance patient care for solo practitioners and small to mid-sized practices, aiming to improve efficiency and productivity. The software facilitates the exchange of patient data across disparate systems, ensuring access to health information regardless of where patients are treated, and offers personalized and streamlined patient communications. Moreover, the software enables sending text and email appointment reminders, direct messages, and e-faxes. It also supports patient communication through online scheduling, payment options, and medication refill requests.
Integrating NextGen Office with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients daily. Once NextGen Office is integrated with Birdeye, patient information will be pulled from NextGen Office once daily from the list of completed appointments from the previous day. Birdeye collects your patients' first name, last name, email address, and phone number and automatically sends the review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
