Integrating Birdeye with RealGreen
RealGreen CRM is a customer relationship management system designed specifically for the green industry, which includes lawn care, landscaping, and pest control businesses. This software helps companies manage customer information, streamline operations, and improve customer service. Once RealGreen is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye will fetch client information from RealGreen once daily from the cases that were closed on the previous day. Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patient and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for RealGreen:

After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
