Integrating Birdeye with StorEdge
StorEDGE is a cloud-based self-storage facility management software designed to assist users in managing storage facilities. StorEDGE technology includes facility management software, cloud access control tools, marketing websites, online rentals, and business intelligence tools.
It is a comprehensive solution that empowers self-storage operators to efficiently handle their facilities by offering a range of valuable features. These features include systems for online rentals and reservations, seamless payment processing, effective customer management, reliable inventory tracking, and robust reporting capabilities. By providing real-time data access and centralized control, StorEDGE allows users to streamline operations, automate tasks, and elevate the overall customer experience. Integrating StorEdge with Birdeye will automate the sending of review requests to your customers daily.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from StorEdge using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection. Here are the supported triggers for StorEdge:

Storedge Move In Trigger | This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on the move-in of the tenants. |
Storedge Move Out Trigger | This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on the move-out of the tenants. |
To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the Birdeye technical support team sets up the initial integration, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
Onboarding steps
To enable API Access, follow the below steps:
1. Select the 'Storable Logo' located at the top left corner of your screen.
2. Click on the ‘Corporate Level’ button.
3. To access the API settings, click on the 'Settings icon' on the left navigation rail, then select ‘API.’
4. Search for Birdeye in the search bar and then navigate to the 'Active' tab, where you will find the 'On' button. Click on the 'On' button to activate it.
Upon selecting it, the button will change its color to green.
How to find Facility IDs from UI
2. Click on ‘Gate integration.’
3. Copy the ‘API Facility ID.’
HANDY TIP: Switch to other facilities and follow the same steps for each facility ID.
