Integrating Birdeye with Wondersign
Connect Wondersign with Birdeye to simplify customer interactions and grow your business effortlessly.
With this integration, you can:

Supported Triggers for Wondersign Integration:
- Cart Shared or Submitted - Activate this trigger to automatically add customer contact details to Birdeye when a cart has been shared or submitted in Wondersign.

Product Shared - Activate this trigger to automatically add customer contact details to Birdeye with whom the product information has been shared through Wondersign.
Navigating to Wondersign CRM
Log in to the Birdeye dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations > All Apps. Select Wondersign to connect. The screen provides integration benefits, pricing, and compatibility details. Clicking the 'View Setup Guide' tab will redirect you here for detailed step-by-step instructions.
HOW TO CONNECT
Step 1: Add an API Key
Enter the API Key in the text box and click 'Next.'
Steps to get the API key
- Go to my.catalogkiosk.com using Google Chrome. Enter your email address and password, then click 'Sign In.'
- In the top-right corner, click your email and select 'Users' from the dropdown.
- Click 'Create Group', enter a 'Group Name', select 'Data API (Read Only)' from the Access Level dropdown, and click 'Save.'
- Click 'Add User', enter the user’s First Name, Last Name, and Email, assign them to the Data API (Read Only) group, and click 'Save.'
- The user settings page opens automatically—click 'Get New Key' to generate a unique API key, copy it from the API Key field, and click 'Generate New Key' again anytime a new key is needed.
Step 2: Map Locations
You can now map locations to ensure that the correct data is assigned to the right location in Birdeye.
Once mapped, click 'Next' to continue.
Step 3: Select Triggers
Check the box to select your preferred triggers, as shown in the image below. After making your selection, click 'Next.'
You need to perform a few more steps to enable the cart or product shared method from the Wondersign trigger.
The 'Product Share Method' step is required for the 'Product Shared' trigger, and the 'Action on Cart' step is required for the 'Cart Shared or Submitted' trigger.
Select the product share method from the drop-down arrow. Click 'Next.'
Select the action on the cart from the drop-down arrow. Click 'Done.'
A toast message will appear on the screen saying, 'Wondersign successfully connected.' You can now build automated campaigns for reviews, surveys, and referrals or any other custom campaigns by clicking or skipping the 'Go to Campaigns' option.
