Integrating Birdeye with Xcelerate
Xcelerate is a property management software that caters to the needs of both commercial and residential real estate companies. This online field service management system offers work order management, electronic signature, a contact database, mobile access, and a time clock in one place. Integrating Xcelerate with Birdeye will automate the sending of review requests to your customers daily.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for Xcelerate:

Steps to fetch the Company Code
Log in to the Xcelerate dashboard using the username and password, then click 'Submit.'
After logging in, go to the 'Admin' dropdown and select 'Company Setup' from the left navigation bar.
Now, copy the 'Company Code.' In case it is not present, please proceed to create the company and then provide the generated company code to the Birdeye support team.
To set up integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
