Integrating Birdeye with Zenu

Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for Zenu:

Please generate the Authentication ID and Authentication Token for my account <<account name>>. Additionally, provide the Office ID for my account to set-up the integration of Zenu with Birdeye.

Alternative steps to get the Office ID:
1. Log in to your Zenu account using your login credentials. Click 'Sign In.
2. Scroll down to the 'Users & Permissions' tab in the left navigation bar and click on it.
3. You will see a list of all team members. Click on any team member to open their profile details.
4. You will view the details of the member.
5. Scroll down to the 'Contact Details' section. Here, you will find the portal enquiry email address, such as bhanu-1232-25096@leads.zenu.com.au. The number '1232' in this email represents the office ID for this account.
