How can I find out if a review request has already been sent to a customer?
Using Birdeye, you can not only send review requests to your customers but also you can keep a track of your new customers whom you have not sent a review request. This article guides you through the steps involved in filtering contacts to which you haven't sent review requests.
Log in to your Birdeye account and click on the 'Contacts' tab on the left navigation rail. On the 'Contacts' page, you can use filters on the right to find the contacts to which you haven't sent review requests. To proceed, click on the 'Show all filters' button under the 'Filter contacts' tab.
When a window pop-up, click on the 'Actions' drop-down button under the 'Customer information' section.
Select only the 'Review email not sent yet' or the 'Review text not sent yet' option. This will fetch you the list of contacts whom review requests have not been sent yet.
