How can I track the performance of my Apple listings?
Birdeye’s Listings report provides businesses with an easy way to monitor and enhance their online presence across the Apple platform. This comprehensive report allows you to analyze user behavior, track performance, and gain actionable insights to optimize your listings effectively.
With it, businesses can:

APPLE REPORTS
Birdeye Apple report gives insights into how users are searching for your business and also how they are taking the next steps in reaching out to you.
Ensure you have integrated and mapped your Apple pages to view the Apple reports. To learn about, how to map locations to your Apple pages, read this article: How to map your Birdeye locations to the Apple Pages for Multi-location Accounts?
To view these Apple reports, log in to your Birdeye account and click the 'Reports' tab. Go to the ‘Listings’ drop-down and select ‘Apple.’ On the ‘Apple’ reports screen, you can view eleven types of reports, which are
- Profile impressions on Apple Maps and Search by name, brand, category, products or services
- Actions taken by them on your Apple listings
After integrating your Apple page(s), you can view the historical data for the past 13 months in Apple reports within Birdeye.

This part of the report shows the searches split by name, category and others. Note: Search by others is the total count of searches where your location comes up after the user searches for specific items or services that are indirectly related to your business type or category. |
1. PROFILE IMPRESSIONS TOTAL
This report presents the total count of profile impressions across searches.
2. PROFILE IMPRESSIONS BY SEARCH TYPE
This report displays the total count of profile impressions exclusively for searches split by name, category and others.
Download, email or schedule a copy of the report to other users using the 'Actions' drop-down menu.
Select the funnel-shaped icon labeled 'Global filters,' and you'll access the 'Filter by' section to apply filters, allowing you to slice and dice the data for more effective analysis.
Additionally, a customization icon allows you to personalize the report. The three-dot icon provides options to download, email, and schedule the report. Additionally, it offers functionality to add this report to your personally created dashboard.
To personalize the report, simply click on the 'Customization' icon, and a pop-up screen will appear.
Chart Style: You can enhance the visual appeal of your report by selecting different chart styles for optimal viewing. All the reports are available in 'Chart' and 'Table' mode. Click on the 'Chart' button to change the mode.
Display by: To change the duration, use the 'Display by' filter from the drop-down menu.
Filters:
- All locations: You can select any location.
- Locations: You can select the report based on the location, state, type, state directors, and regional directors.
- Past 12 months: You can select the report at any time, as shown in the image.
Compare data: The ability to compare reports in two dimensions: by location and by date. Now, you have the flexibility to make insightful comparisons within your reports.
After making customizations, click on 'Update' to apply and save the changes to the report.

Click on the 'Three-dots' icon, and you will view the following options as shown in the image.
- Email: You can get the report in PDF and XLS formats.
- Schedule: Schedule the report via email in both PDF and XLS formats. You can also set the frequency.
- Download: You can download the report in Excel and PDF formats.
- Add to dashboard: You have the option to add this report to your dashboard. Upon clicking, a pop-up will appear on your screen, allowing you to add it to an existing dashboard or create a new one. Once you've made your selection, click 'Add' to include it in your preferred dashboard.
3. USER ACTIONS
This report shows the total count of user actions or taps applicable to your business category.
4. USER ACTIONS BY ACTION TYPE
This report shows the number of users who have taken action after finding your business on Apple.
5. USER ACTIONS BY TOP 3 ACTION TYPES
This report shows the number of users who have taken action after finding your business on Apple.

This report shows the number of users who have call requests.
11. USER ACTIONS TYPE - PHOTO GALLERY ENGAGEMENT
This report shows the number of users who have clicked for photo gallery views.
