Why am I still seeing 'Submitted' status against a listing within 'Listings' while others show up as 'Live'?
Usually, it takes around 2-3 days or at most one week for the business listings to go live. But, on some occasions, you will see a ‘Submitted’ status against a specific listing.
The 'Submitted' status means that our Listing partner, has submitted the correct business information to the publisher, but the publisher hasn't published the information yet. The status of the listing will turn 'Live' once the publisher updates the listing on its platform.
