How to add media to your Apple listings?
Birdeye integrates with Apple Business Connect. Apple Media offers a unique opportunity to elevate your business's visibility and credibility across Apple platforms. By adding high-quality images, you can engage potential customers and distinguish your brand from competitors, leading to increased engagement and conversions. Delegate your business to Birdeye for enhanced brand visibility through logo and cover photo integration, Apple reports, precise decision-making with comprehensive reporting, and dynamic event announcements via the showcase feature.
KEY POINTS:
1. Logo- For Enterprise businesses, go to the Apple Business Connect Section, and in the Brand Configuration section, you can add the Brand Level Logo.

Whereas, for SMB, you can also add the logo from the Apple Media Gallery discussed below.
2. Cover photo- For Enterprise and SMB both, you can change the photo at the location level and at a brand level.
3. Photo and Video Albums- By incorporating high-quality images, you can captivate potential customers and set your brand apart from competitors, offering a unique selling point that drives heightened engagement and conversions.
It's important to note that Apple only supports images and not videos. Any new photos added will undergo validations, and existing photos will also undergo validations.
MEDIA GALLERY SUPPORT FOR APPLE
Navigate to the 'Settings' icon on the top right of your dashboard and then click on 'Business' under 'Business info.'
The existing locations will be displayed, as shown below.
Click on the desired location, and you will be directed to the business profile page. Scroll down to the 'Media Gallery' section to make changes to the gallery section. Click on the 'edit or pencil' icon to make the changes.
IMPORTANT POINTS:
1. If your business is delegated and you have uploaded or set any logo and/or cover photo for the business from the Integrations section of Brand Configuration for enterprise business, those should be visible here at the location level.
2. For SMB, you can also add the logo and cover photo directly from this section.

3. It's important to note that you can change or override the cover photo at the location level for both Enterprise and SMB businesses, as it is supported.
4. All currently existing media album photos will be pushed to Apple. You can upload new ones if desired, following the specifications and recommendations outlined below:

Click on the 'three dots,' and you will view options to change the cover photo. Click on it to change the photo and then 'Save.'
Once changed, scroll down to the 'Photo & video albums' section and click on 'Upload photos/videos' to add the photos to the album.
When media is rejected by Apple, it will trigger an error, highlighting the importance of reviewing guidelines before uploading assets.
Points to remember for Media Albums:
1. Apple does not support videos.
2. Album types are not recognized by Apple. Thus, you can upload photos using any album type of your choice.
It is important to note that Album types are exclusive to Google.
3. All photos across all album types will be sent to Apple. Users can upload photos using any of the available album types. Both existing and newly uploaded photos will undergo approval by Apple.

- These images shouldn’t contain text overlays, graphics, or logo overlays and should correspond to the title and body text of the Showcase content.
- Apple has strict requirements regarding the quality of photos used; namely, it is recommended to utilize authentic, unedited photos without the inclusion of logos, graphics, borders, or collages of multiple photos.
