Keywords
The Keywords section displays the most relevant and high-impact search terms for your business.

- Gray keywords indicate those not being tracked.
- The font size of each keyword reflects its importance — the larger the keyword appears, the greater its impact score and search volume.

Scroll down to view the ‘What are the top keywords for all locations’ section. You can view detailed insights into how each keyword performs based on the following parameters:
Impact – Indicates how significant the keyword is for your business. Keywords with a higher number of Google monthly searches tend to have a greater impact, as they attract more search volume and visibility.
Ranking difficulty – Reflects how competitive a keyword is, how likely other businesses are to bid or optimize for the same keyword. The ideal keyword for your SEO strategy is one with high impact and easy ranking difficulty, as these are easier to rank for and bring stronger results.
Google monthly searches – Shows how many times the keyword is searched on Google in a month. This helps you identify which keywords are most popular and worth prioritizing in your content and optimization strategy.
Actions – you can see the status of each keyword. If a keyword is currently being tracked, you’ll see a ‘Tracking’ label.
NOTE:
A maximum of 10 keywords can be tracked per business location.
Click ‘Tracking’ corresponding to the desired keyword.
You will be redirected to the Google Ranking report, where the selected keyword will already be applied as a filter. This report displays detailed ranking insights, such as your current rank for that keyword, ranking trends over time, and other performance metrics.

The rankings are not shown in the screenshot example below. In an active account, this section will display detailed insights for the keyword.

Click the filter icon to narrow down the keywords report by State, City, Location, Keyword, or Tracking status.
Citations
A citation refers to the websites or directories where your business information appears and can be discovered by major search engines such as Google.
These citations are crucial for your business’s online visibility and ranking, as they indicate how and where your business information (name, address, and contact details) appears across the web.
Which Search Sites Are Important To You
In this part of the report, the focus is on identifying which search engines or platforms contribute most to online visibility.
Google is shown as the most important site, with about 8.5 billion monthly searches, making it the top source of search traffic. Bing follows with around 6.5 billion, Baidu with 5 billion, and Yahoo with roughly 4 billion monthly searches.
It helps you understand the relative importance of each platform in driving search traffic and visibility for your business.
Which Listing Sites Are Most Visible in Google results
This section shows which third-party listing sites receive the most visibility and clicks from Google search results. Each bar represents a platform where your business information appears—such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and others.
- The blue bars represent the number of site clicks driven from Google search results to that particular listing platform.
- The green highlight indicates that the site is marked as important, meaning it’s a key source for visibility and customer engagement.
- The grey highlight represents sites marked as ignored, indicating lower priority for monitoring.
By reviewing this chart, you can identify which listing platforms are contributing most to your search visibility and decide where to focus your optimization efforts.
