After you have launched a referral campaign, Birdeye allows you to view campaign reports and analyze the performance of your campaign. You can use the campaign reports to compare the number of referral requests sent with the open and click-through rate of your campaigns. You can also view the number of successful referrals, and derive actionable insights.

VIEWING REFERRAL REPORTS

Log in to your Birdeye account and click on the 'Campaigns' tab on the left navigation rail. To understand how to view referral reports, let's consider a referral automation as an example. On the new page, hover over the automation for which you want to view the report. Now, click on the corresponding 'View details' button.

On the new page, go to the 'View reports' tab.

Now, you can view the email and text conversion reports in 'Chart' format. To view the report in the 'Table' format, click on the 'Table' icon on the top. For more information on 'Campaign reports', read the help center article: What different types of reports can I view under 'Campaign Reports'?

To download the reports, click on the 'Actions' drop-down menu on the top right and select the format in which you want to download the report.
