All the reviews that you get from your customers belong to you whether they are written on a 3rd party site like Google or they are written on the Birdeye platform and show up as Birdeye certified reviews. You can download and re-purpose the reviews in any which way that you would like.

To download reviews from the Birdeye platform into an excel sheet, log into your Birdeye account and go to the ‘Reviews’ tab. Now, click on the 'Actions' drop-down menu to proceed.

From the drop-down menu options, click on the ‘Download reviews (Excel)’ option.

A review report excel sheet will start downloading automatically. After the download is complete, you will be able to scroll through a detailed report with each reviewer's contact details, review source along with the reviews they left for your business.
