How can I create a ticket from a survey response?
Birdeye allows you to create tickets and reply to survey responses through its ‘Ticketed & Replied’ feature. Replying to survey responses can help a business improve customer satisfaction and resolve any open issues highlighted in the survey responses. To ensure that a response is replied to, you can create a ticket that can be assigned to employees, choose between survey questions that need to be responded to or even send out a 'Thank you' note.
CREATE A TICKET FOR THE RESPONSE
- Click on the 'Surveys' tab on the left navigation rail.
- Navigate to the survey you wish to view responses. Hover over the corresponding 'three-dots' icon and click on the ‘View responses’ option.
- On the next page, navigate to the response for which you want to create a ticket. You can either click on the name to view the responses given or hover over the corresponding 'three-dot' icon and click on the ‘View’ button.
- On the customer's response page, click on the ‘Ticket Response’ button in the top right corner.
- You will be redirected to a new page where you can create a ticket for the response. You can assign the ticket to an employee by clicking on the 'drop-down' menu and adding notes in the comment box. You can either select all the questions by checking the 'Select all questions' box or individually select questions that you want to be addressed. After making the changes, click on the 'Create ticket' button.
The ticketed response will display all activities on who created the ticket, who is assigned to the ticket, which questions were to be addressed and so forth.
Now, you can view a 'Ticketed' tag for the response which was just ticketed.
Additionally, once you view a ticketed response, it will display the ticket number alongside the survey questions as well.
