Every account on Birdeye has a unique ID assigned to it when it is created. There are times when you might be required to find out your unique business ID on Birdeye. Here are some simple steps that can help you locate this ID number.

Click on the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail, then go to the 'Integrations' tab and select the 'API' option.

On the new screen, click on the 'Generate API key' button to generate the unique business ID of your account.

Once the business ID is generated, you will be able to see it under the 'API key' section.
