Where do I view setup status of different locations added to my Birdeye account?
With Birdeye, you have the ability to monitor the setup status of different locations added to your Birdeye account in one place. The 'Location status' serves as a single resource for businesses to track the setup status and helps them to optimize account setup for the maximum benefit.
To view the setup status of the locations added to your multi-location account, click on the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail, then click on 'Setup status.'
You will be able to view the setup status for different locations listed under the following categories - Category Setup, Cover Image Uploaded, Logo Image Uploaded, SEO Keyword (Min 3 Keywords added), Social Links ( Min 2 Social Links added), the Facebook app installed, the Twitter app installed, Google My Business integrated, Website Widget installed, Text turned on, and Review request email customized.
When you view your 'Setup status’ and in case you do not have any locations added to your account, you can add locations right away by clicking on ‘Add locations.’
You can also set up location analytics by hovering over to the particular category you wish to set up and thereby clicking on ‘Click here’ to set up.
To search for a particular location’s setup status, go to the location and set up a status search on the top right. Type your location in the ‘Search bar’ to find the set up status for that particular location.
In case the location searched for is not found, an empty location setup status search screen will appear.
To download the setup status of all the locations, click on the 'Download Excel' button on the top right.
