How do I embed the 'Webchat' widget on my business website?
Effective customer interaction is the key to building successful businesses. Customers often fail to access quality support and leave bad reviews, which affects the overall reputation. With one-to-one interaction, businesses can cater to varied customer needs and maintain an unmatchable online reputation.
Birdeye Webchat allows businesses to interact with their website visitors from within Birdeye Dashboard. To enable Webchat, businesses need to embed a code on their website.
To generate Webchat widget code, follow these steps:
- On the Birdeye Dashboard, click on “Settings.”
- Navigate to the “Inbox” section, and click on "Webchat''.
- Under the “Install” tab, click on “Copy Code” to copy the code.
- To email code to your webmaster, click on “Email Code.”
- To enter multiple email ids, separate ids using commas.
- Update Subject and Body of email and click on “Send Email.”
