What are contact sources while running an automation within Birdeye?
Using Birdeye, businesses can solicit new reviews and generate feedback from various contact sources added to their Birdeye account. Running an automation allows businesses to choose between contact sources that have been added through SFTP, integration, API, and more. This type of campaign within Birdeye sends an email or text automatically each time a new contact is added to that source and runs without an end date. For more information, read the help article: How do I create an automation?
