Oasis is a dental management software used in dental offices, including general dentistry practices and dental hygienic clinics. It manages paperless payments, clinical efficiency, appointments, billing and more. Integrating Birdeye with Oasis will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients on a daily basis.

Once Oasis is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls patient information from Oasis once daily for the appointments that were completed on the previous day.

What is BE Connector?

The BE Connector application is a native Windows application for all businesses. The BE Connector application helps integrate the PMS and Birdeye system. This helps you automate the process of sending review requests to your patients after they complete an appointment.

The installation and setup process is driven by an intuitive wizard. To set up the integration, you first have to download and install the app on the machine that has access to the PMS. Once the integration is complete, the BE Connector will start pulling data from the PMS and send the data to the server for further processing. Review requests are sent as per the configurations and preferences set by the business on BE Connector.

How it works:

1. Install the BE Connector on the Oasis Server.
2. Integrate Oasis with BE Connector.
3. BE Connector’s services will start pulling patient data from the integration and automatically send review requests based on the Scheduling configuration defined.

Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients and automatically sends them review requests.
