Integrating Birdeye with Rex
Rex is a Property Management System (PMS) renowned for its user-friendly interface and robust database capabilities, catering to estate agencies of all sizes. Its powerful suite of tools streamlines tasks and enhances productivity for property professionals. Rex Software stands out with its comprehensive CRM solution, innovative digital marketing technology, and top-tier website design tools. It serves as a centralized hub, offering a holistic solution for diverse business needs within the real estate industry.
Once Rex is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye will pull client information from your CRM once daily. Birdeye collects your client's first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using some predefined triggers. Here are the supported triggers for Rex:

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the Birdeye technical support team sets up the initial integration, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
HOW TO FETCH THE ACCOUNT ID?
1. Login to the Rex dashboard.
2. After logging in, select the account you want to log in to.
3. Select ‘Integrations Partners Testing Account’, and it will redirect you to a new screen. If you want to change the account, you can do so by clicking on another account.
4. Once you are in the dashboard, click on ‘Settings’ and then ‘Agency & Branding.’
5. Click on ‘Account sharing’ and copy ‘Your Agency ID’ as shown in the image and provide it in the ‘Account ID’ field under the group properties in the Birdeye Integration dashboard.
HOW TO FETCH THE LOCATION NAME?
1. Login to the Rex dashboard. Click on ‘Settings’ and then ‘Agency & Branding.’
2. It will redirect you to the Agency Setting & Branding page. Click on the ‘Locations’ tab.
3. Copy the location name as shown in the image. For example: ‘Rental Heroes.’
