Integrating Birdeye with TotalExpert
TotalExpert is a comprehensive marketing automation software specifically designed to cater to the needs of credit unions, banks, and lending businesses. With its purpose-built CRM and customer engagement platform, Total Expert is a centralized hub for managing various aspects of these organizations, including customer relationships, regulatory compliance, lead generation, client communications, network security, and recruitment.
Integrating TotalExpert with Birdeye will automate the process of writing back survey responses and customer experience scores from Birdeye to the TotalExpert CRM. Whenever a Birdeye survey is completed, the survey response will be posted back to TotalExpert. Similarly, any updates in the CX Score will also be reflected in TotalExpert.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for TotalExpert:

After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
