How do I add contacts to my Birdeye account via Birdeye mobile app?
Birdeye allows you to add a contact to your account effortlessly via Birdeye mobile app.
ADD A CONTACT
To add a single contact to your Birdeye account, follow the below steps:
Step 1 - Click on the ‘More’ option in the bottom right of your Birdeye account. Click on the 'Contacts' tab.
Step 2 - Click the ‘+’ sign to add a contact.
Step 3- Enter the 'Name,' 'Email,' 'Phone number,' ‘Location,' and ‘Communication preference’ for the contact. Click on ‘Create’ once you have filled in the information.
Post clicking ‘Create,’ you will receive a prompt saying contact has been created.
EDIT A CONTACT
To edit a contact in your Birdeye account, click on the contact you want to edit in the contacts screen.
On the next screen, click ‘Edit’ to edit the contact.
Once you are done editing, click on ‘Save.’
On the contact details screen, you can also delete a contact, block it, and mark it as spam by clicking on the ‘Delete contact’ and ‘Block and mark as spam’ respectively.
Clicking these buttons, you will get a prompt to confirm your action.
Click on ‘Delete’ to confirm the deletion of the contact and ‘OK’ to block and mark it as spam.
You can view messages within the spam folder and unmark them as spam. This will send the message back to the main Inbox.
Go to the conversation in the spam category in your Birdeye inbox, and click on the ‘Spam’ button from the drop-down in the top left corner. Further, go to the conversation you want to unblock, click ‘Unblock and mark as not spam,’ and then ‘OK’ to unmark the contact/conversation as spam.
