What does each of the elements within the Birdeye 'Dashboard' mean?
When you log into your Birdeye account, the first thing that shows up is your 'Overview' page. The page gives you a top-line summary of different metrics pertaining to your online reputation management initiatives.
Each element provides you visibility into important statistics like 'How many reviews did you get since you started with Birdeye?', 'What has been the 'Birdeye effect' on the reviews on your review site of preference (eg: Google)?' etc. It also allows you to set 'Review goals' and track your performance week after week.
Let's look at the various elements captured within the page:
REVIEW SUMMARY
The ‘Review Summary’ shows the total number of reviews from different review sites. You can even view the split of reviews between star ratings.
Closely linked with the Review Summary is the 'Goal' setting functionality. 'Goal' indicates the number of reviews that you are aiming for. Once the goal is set, the Birdeye engine will let you know approximately how many reviews you will need to achieve your goal. You can learn more about setting your online reputation goals by reading this help center article: How do I set my reputation goals?
When you update your review 'Goal', you have the option to indicate the number of customers you are likely to have in a month. If you add a number in this optional field, the system will be able to estimate how much time it will take for you to reach the desired 'Goal' should you send review requests to each one of them.

You also have the ability to track the number of reviews over time and visually see how close you are to your goal and the time that you would take to reach that goal.
REVIEW SOURCES
This section allows you to view review distribution for up to three sources of your choice. You will also be able to view 'Birdeye Effect' and 'Before Birdeye' numbers for these sources. 'Birdeye Effect' will display the reviews and ratings for the source after you partnered with Birdeye. 'Before Birdeye' will show the reviews and ratings for the source before you partnered with Birdeye.
If you wish to change the review sources, click on the 'Change sources' icon on the top right.
After you click on the 'Change sources' icon, a pop-up will open up where you will see all the review websites that are being monitored for your account. Once you have selected the three review sources, click on the 'Save' button on the bottom right.
RECENT REVIEWS
This section highlights the most recent reviews and the ratings over a period of time. You can use the 'Arrow' on the bottom left to view the review distribution for the previous months. Hover over a review source to read the full review.
CONVERSION FUNNEL
This section displays your Email and Text conversion funnels to give you an idea of the open rate of the communication that you sent as well as the number of clicks to the review sites from that communication.
LEADERBOARD
The 'Leaderboard' tile allows you to view your top three employees with respect to their performance related to "Review Request' they sent, new 'Reviews Received' and the average 'Rating' of those reviews. You can also choose to click on 'View Full Report' to view the entire leaderboard. Click here to learn more about Employee Leaderboard.

COMPETITIVE BENCHMARKING
This section will help you gauge the performance (reviews) of your own business in comparison with the industry average.
