Understanding Monthly Billing within Birdeye Payments
Birdeye offers a convenient solution for businesses by allowing them to pay the transaction fees at the end of the month instead of per transaction. This can reduce the burden of managing the fees per transaction and simplify the reconciliation process.
Birdeye provides a detailed report that includes a breakdown of all transactions, highlighting the monthly fees that Birdeye charges, making it easier for businesses to review.
Monthly Billing
To view the monthly bill, go to the ‘Payments’ dashboard.
The amount shown in the Monthly Bill header is the Birdeye transaction fee for providing the service. It is deducted from the business' bank account at the end of each month for easy reconciliation.
Birdeye will email business owners after their monthly billing amount has been deducted, informing them of the applied transaction fees.
You can also download the detailed report of transactions by clicking on the ‘Download XLS’ option.
Reserve Fund
Birdeye requires some reserve amount to avoid payment issues if you choose to pay every month.
You can view the reserve fund by clicking on the ‘Available balance.’
