This streamlined repository is particularly beneficial for businesses with readily available media. The Asset Library becomes a go-to resource when creating posts, simplifying search and selection. Alongside easy uploading and storage, users can delete unnecessary items, add tags for organization, and efficiently search for images by name or through sorting options. Birdeye's Asset Library is not just about storage; it's a comprehensive solution empowering businesses to manage and utilize their digital assets effectively for impactful social media posts.
CREATE YOUR ASSET LIBRARY
Navigate to the 'Social' tab and select the 'Asset library.'
Once in the asset library, you will find several pictures, gifs, and videos. Businesses can use this collection to store their media files for creating posts.
Click on the 'Upload Media' drop-down button and choose your upload source—whether it's your computer, the free media library, OneDrive, or Dropbox. Once selected, you'll gain access to the media files from your chosen option. Select one or more files to upload to the asset library, and all the chosen files will be added to the asset library.
Click on 'Sort By,' and you can arrange the files in the asset library by their name, type, and the date they were last uploaded.
Click on 'Search,' and you can search for media files by their name or tags added by you.
Select a media file, hover over the 'three dots' to create a social post, edit, delete, add tags, or copy image URL for each media file.
You can access these functionalities except the 'Edit' and 'Copy image URL' option from the 'Actions' drop-down button.
Edit: You can upload images, change layouts, add text and stickers, adjust brightness and image clarity, apply filters, frames, text designs, and much more with the editing option.
Once done, click 'Save Image,' and it will be saved into your asset library.
Create post: Select it, and you'll be redirected to the post creation flow with the chosen media attached.
