How do I perform Bulk Import Mapping for Social Integrations? (For Resellers Only)
Once the accounts are connected at the reseller level, the user can bulk import mapping for all channels.
Steps to Perform Bulk Import Mapping
Go to ‘Settings,’ navigate to the ‘Integrations’ tab, and select a desired social channel to map.
NOTE:
The steps for performing Bulk Import Mapping apply to all social channels, not only Facebook.
Click ‘Actions’ and select ‘Import mapping’ from the dropdown list.
Click on 'Mapping spreadsheet' to download a sample file and quickly start your import.
Once you open the downloaded mapping spreadsheet, you will view four tabs in the spreadsheet - ‘Mapping, Pageslist, Locations, and Instructions.’
Mapping - In the ‘Mapping’ tab, it is mandatory to add ‘Business ID’ under the Business ID column. Business ID is also known as your location ID. Under the social page ID, which is Facebook, enter the Facebook Page ID. You can copy the Facebook page id from the second tab, ‘Pages list,’ which we will explore below.
Pages list - This tab contains a list of only unmapped pages that can be used for mapping. You can copy the Facebook page ID from here and paste it in the ‘Mapping’ tab under the Facebook page ID.
Locations - This tab allows the user to view the unmapped location names and their location IDs, which are Business IDs. The user can copy the location ID from here and paste it under the ‘Business ID’ column corresponding to the Facebook page ID in the ‘Mapping’ tab, the first tab of the sheet.
Instructions - This tab gives you an overview of the functions of the other three tabs: Pages List, Mapping, and Locations.
Once the changes are made under the ‘Mapping’ tab, click ‘Upload spreadsheet’ and select the file to upload.
After uploading, click ‘Next.’
Review the ‘Business ID, Facebook ID’ and click ‘Next.’
Click ‘Import.’
Depending on the data the user is importing, the import might take seconds to a few minutes. Once it is done, you will view ‘Your import is complete,’ and the number of rows and mapping added.
