How do I download list of users added to my Birdeye account?
Birdeye gives you the ability to download the list of users added to your account to help you take the data offline. The steps detailed below will guide you on how to download the list of users from within your dashboard.
To begin, click on the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail, then navigate to the 'Account' section, and select 'Users' from the list.

On the 'Users' page, you will find the list of users added to your Birdeye account. Hover over the ‘More’ drop-down menu on the top right corner and click on the 'Download users' option.

An Excel file will be downloaded on your computer with the list of existing users already added to your Birdeye account. The template will have columns from A-AF, where A-G show user details, while columns H-AF correspond to alert settings for the existing users.
NOTE
The number of columns for alert settings can vary depending on your Birdeye account and subscription level. While some accounts may have alert settings for surveys, some may not.
