To make the integration work, you need to provide the login credentials of your software to the technical support team member and also walk them through the process of downloading a customized report with customer data from the software. Once the integration is complete, Birdeye will log into your cloud-based software once daily and will extract the customer data (Customer name, email id, and phone number). This data will be uploaded to your Birdeye account and review request emails and texts will be sent as per settings within your Birdeye account.
