Integrating Birdeye with PointClickCare
PointClickCare is an electronic health record (EHR) software used by healthcare practitioners to connect, communicate and access relevant insights for faster decision making and seamless transactions. Integrating PointClickCare with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to the patients on a daily basis.
Once integrated, Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number instantly for patient admission, discharge, and transfer.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for PointClickCare:

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you need to complete the integration within your PointClickCare account.
You need to share the Organization UUID and Facility ID with the Birdeye support team during the initial setup call.
Finding the Organisation UUID and Facility Code
The organization UUID and the ‘Facility Code’ can be obtained from the PointClickCare account. Once logged in, click on the ‘Facility’ tab on the top right corner. This will open a dialog box containing the list of facilities associated with the organization. The ‘Facility Code’ is the integral number before the ‘Facility Name’.
Completing the integration within PointClickCare
Log in to your PointClickCare account and navigate to ‘MarketPlace’ and search for 'BirdEye' app.

Now, initiate the integration request for activation on PointClickCare.

Once the request is submitted on PointClickCare, Birdeye will receive an email on support@birdeye.com. After we approve the request, the integration will be activated in approximately 2-3 business days.
