We received message to repair connection to start sending out review requests from our Patient Management System. What do I do?
Sometimes 'review request emails' stop going out to your patients. This may happen because the connection between your computer and Birdeye may be broken as a result of a power outage, or someone may have turned off your server momentarily. When this happens we send you an email to manually refresh data. That email contains the steps required to get you back on track. Same steps are outlined below.
- Click on the ‘SikkaSoft Platform Utility’ on the desktop
- When the ‘SikkaSoft Platform Utility’ screen opens, simply click on the button labelled “Refresh Data”
